@@Raj.Sakaria Cannot say, you have to try it, depend on your size and temp, there is not time for all
Lovely recipe! I love belle helene. My recommendation to anyone trying this: cut the bottoms and use the melon baller to carve BEFORE poaching the pears. It makes them cook more evenly since the liquid can "penetrate" the inside more easily. Also you run very little risk of mushing up your pears when they are still uncooked.

How did u get your bananas to caramelize like that? Mine roasted instead with a darker color, almost black. Only a tiny bit of caramelization
